Rates & subscriptions
The more often you visit, the better value each visit becomes. A subscription cuts the entry price almost in half: a standard adult visit starts at 2,780 ₸ instead of 8,000 ₸. Subscriptions are not sold in summer, but ones purchased earlier remain valid. There are social rates for retirees and people with disabilities, plus family discounts.
How visits are used
A subscription includes prepaid visits — 12, 15, or 72. One visit admits one person: at each entry, the remaining balance is reduced by the number of guests entering with the subscription.
Use your visits however you like
- Visit the complex on your own.
- Bring family members along.
- Come with friends.

A subscription includes 15 visits.

Promotion validity period
- The prices in this price list were valid from September 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.
- Sales of new subscriptions start on September 1, 2026; prices may change.
- If you bought a subscription before the season and didn't use all your visits, the remaining ones stay valid in summer too.
- A subscription provides access to the SPA and outdoor pools while they are open and weather permits.
Terms
- The social rate and social subscriptions are for retirees and people with disabilities (with ID).
- The child rate applies to children aged 2 to 12.
- The evening ticket is valid from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; the regular one has no time limit.
- The family discount of −10% applies when purchasing three subscriptions at once.
- A subscription provides access to the SPA and outdoor pools while they are open and weather permits.
- Prices may change — check current prices at the ticket office or by phone.
